PERAN ADOPSI TEKNOLOGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN KERJA MUMPRENEUR DI PULAU LOMBOK

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran adopsi teknologi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mumpreneur di Pulau Lombok. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 informan dan dianalisis secara tematik menggunakan NVivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima tema utama: kemudahan usaha, fleksibilitas dan keseimbangan peran, peningkatan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja, penguatan pengetahuan manajerial, serta akses jejaring bisnis. Adopsi teknologi terbukti mempermudah aktivitas bisnis dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, meskipun literasi digital yang terbatas masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengayaan literatur kewirausahaan perempuan berbasis teknologi serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi strategi pemberdayaan mumpreneur di Lombok.
