PERAN FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY DALAM MENINGKATKAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN: SINTESIS BUKTI EMPIRIS DAN AGENDA PENELITIAN MELALUI SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis bukti empiris mengenai peran Financial Technology (FinTech) dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan menganalisis 40 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2018–2025 dan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi serta eksklusi. Data dianalisis menggunakan thematic synthesis untuk mengidentifikasi pola temuan, faktor pendukung, dan tantangan implementasi FinTech. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FinTech berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan inklusi keuangan melalui perluasan akses, peningkatan penggunaan, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan keuangan digital. Layanan seperti mobile banking, pembayaran digital, peer-to-peer lending, dan digital banking mampu mengurangi hambatan geografis dan biaya transaksi. Namun, efektivitas FinTech dipengaruhi oleh literasi digital, literasi keuangan, infrastruktur teknologi, dukungan regulasi, dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan ekosistem FinTech yang inklusif memerlukan sinergi antara inovasi teknologi, kebijakan publik, dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat untuk mendukung pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.
