PERCEPATAN PEMULIHAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK PASCABENCANA BANJIR MELALUI PENDEKATAN PARTISIPATIF DI KANTOR BPKD ACEH TAMIANG

Pemulihan pelayanan publik pascabencana merupakan fase kritis untuk memastikan keberlangsungan fungsi pemerintahan daerah. Pada November 2025, banjir bandang dan longsor melanda Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yang melumpuhkan operasional pemerintahan, termasuk Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD). Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat rehabilitasi fisik Kantor BPKD melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara aparatur daerah dan Praja IPDN. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi masalah, perencanaan aksi bersama, eksekusi fisik (pembersihan lumpur, relokasi arsip, perbaikan infrastruktur), dan evaluasi sistematis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keberhasilan pemulihan 100% pada area fungsional Kantor BPKD, sehingga pelayanan administratif dan keuangan daerah dapat kembali beroperasi jauh lebih cepat. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi partisipatif yang sinergis antara unsur akademisi, pemerintah, dan sukarelawan sangat efektif dalam mempercepat pemulihan birokrasi pascabencana dan memperkuat resiliensi institusional.
