Copyright and License Statement

Authors publishing in this journal agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC-BY-SA)  Allowing others to share the work with acknowledgment of the authorship and initial publication in this journal. Authors may enter into separate additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal-published version of the work (for example, posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (for example, in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) before and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive exchanges as well as earlier and greater citation of the published work.

LICENSE TO PUBLISH

1. License
   All materials published by the JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara are protected by International copyright and intellectual property laws. JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara is licensed under the Creative Commons 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA) or an equivalent license as the optimal license for publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scientific works.
   This license allows anyone to write, modify, and create derivative works even for commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit and proper acknowledgment of the original publication in the journal are given to enable users to trace back to the original manuscript and author. You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

2. Author’s Warranty
   The author warrants that the article is original, written by the named author(s), has never been published before, does not contain illegal statements, does not infringe upon the rights of others, is subject to copyright exclusively owned by the author, is free from any third-party rights, and that any written permission required to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.

3. User Rights
   Under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, authors and users are free to share (copy, distribute, and transmit the work).

4. Author’s Rights
   Authors have the following rights:
   a) Copyright and other ownership rights related to the article, such as patent rights, the right to use the substance of the article in their future works, including lectures and books.
   b) The right to reproduce the article for their own purposes, provided that copies are not offered for sale.
   c) The right to self-archive the article.

5. Joint Authorship
   If the article is prepared jointly with other authors, the signatory of this form warrants that they have been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf and agree to inform their co-authors of the terms of this agreement.

6. Termination
   This agreement may be terminated by the author or JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara with two months’ notice if the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy the breach within one month after notice was given by the terminating party requesting the breach be remedied. A breach or violation of this agreement will not automatically terminate this agreement or any licenses granted herein, nor affect the definition of JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara.

7. Royalties
   This agreement does not grant the author the right to royalties or any other fees. To the extent permitted by law, the author waives the right to collect royalties concerning the article’s use by JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara or its sublicensees.

8. Miscellaneous
   JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara will publish the article (or has published it) if its editorial process is successfully completed, and JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara or its sublicensees are obliged to publish the article. JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara may adjust the article’s punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage as deemed appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published to be publicly accessible without charge to readers. JUAN: Jurnal Pengabdian Nusantara is allowed to sublicense the rights granted to it under this agreement.
